Discuss Your Project
The form below is used to request a demo, schedule a meeting or begin a project assessment for the United Kingdom and the European Union. Requests are reviewed by the relevant team, and a reply is sent to the business email address provided. Requests may also be sent directly to [email protected].
Before the First Meeting
A short summary of the project allows the introductory meeting to start with the correct agenda. The following details are useful where they are already known; none of them is required at this stage.
- Company and jurisdiction: where the business is established and which market it intends to serve.
- Current stage: concept, authorisation preparation, live operation or the replacement of an existing platform.
- Required scope: the solution and delivery model under consideration, from white-label through to source-code delivery.
- Timeline and participants: the target date and the decision-makers expected to join the evaluation.
What Happens Next
From Request to Proposal
Every request follows the same structured path from first contact to a documented proposal. Each stage has a defined output, and the pace is agreed with the customer rather than imposed by a fixed schedule. Commercial, technical and compliance stakeholders can join at the stage most relevant to their questions, so the evaluation covers business outcome, architecture and regulatory context in one sequence.
-
Review
The request is reviewed by the relevant team. Scope, jurisdiction, current stage and the solution of interest are considered, and the first meeting is planned with an agenda built around the information provided in the form.
-
Introductory Meeting
The intended business, target market and operating model are discussed; principal risks and dependencies are identified; and the likely solution and commercial model are outlined. The inputs needed for technical discovery are agreed before the meeting closes.
-
Technical Assessment and Proposal
A product demonstration and technical session cover module scope, integrations, deployment and ownership options and the regulatory-readiness approach — participation of the CEO, CTO and compliance leader is preferred. A written proposal then defines scope, phases, deliverables, dependencies and the commercial model.
Regional Delivery
Türkiye and Middle East Engagements
Our Türkiye and Middle East engagements are delivered through our regional company, Serçe Development. Requests relating to these markets may be submitted through the same form and are handled to the same engineering standard. Solution scope, delivery models and the regulatory-readiness approach are described on the solution pages and in the Knowledge Base.
